My kitchen is my sanctuary; its where i mix and match, create spoonfuls of delight, roll texture in my hands, dip warmth on my tongue... its my culinary haven.
Gordon (the gnome from South Africa) is chief custodian of recipe books and THE sous chef in my well established kitchen for two.
I never get chit chat back from Gordy,..thats why I keep him around
Gordy does give the ultimate score outta ten for recipes that have been tried, tested, dusted and swallowed.
SNAP THAT SUGAR POTATO

TUNA
POTATO(small)
CEASER DRESSING
SUGAR SNAPS
CORIANDER
CHIVES
SALT AND PEPPER
ONION
GARLIC
APPLE
LEMON
dice and slice everything, drain tuna. cook potatos, and leave them to cool.
mis dressing, garlic, some lemon, coriander, chives, salt and pepper with the onion, toss in everything else, and finally add in some diced quarters of potato. MIX gently (dont go breaking those potatos)
leave to cool and settle and dish up
